Calum has long been a champion for physical wellbeing and maximising individual potential, seen through work teaching High School PE, coaching Basketball and Field Hockey.
The most important thing to Calum is that people are enjoying the journey whilst still taking meaningful steps towards fulfilling their goals.
Increasing his mental fortitude through mindfulness and overcoming his own injuries, Calum’s drive to help people comes from what he has accomplished and had to overcome.
Calum takes further education seriously and displays a continued desire to learn, currently studying exercise physiology, yet is lighthearted and often silly when in the gym.
