I decided a long time ago that I wanted to make the most of my life and surround myself by positive people in the process. So I started investing in my quality of life, by embracing a lifestyle choice incorporating great health and fitness, and believe I can impart my knowledge and support others who wish to do the same.

 

My aim with each of my personal clients is to simply make health and fitness a ‘way of life’ not a chore or something we leave for tomorrow.

 

Recently establishing ‘Jordy K Health and Fitness’ in Brisbane, I am excited to focus on my desire and passion to contribute to changing lives and helping one unlock their happiness. Whether working out is second nature or you are an absolute beginner, whether you're male or female, young or aged, I will work with you to give you the confidence to reach your next health and fitness goal.

 

Growing up and being raised on a North Queensland Cattle Station, I was quite geographically isolated, which meant I had to be creative when it came to training for my athletics and sporting events on my own. I was lucky enough to be surrounded by positive people who taught me the importance of self-empowerment, growth and discipline at a young age. Now, don’t get me wrong... I enjoy a “good time” as much as anyone reading this, I believe it’s all about life balance. This is a key factor I consider when tailoring your unique and individual plans.

 

Here at ‘Jordy K Health and Fitness,’ I pride myself on incorporating those two elements into my work to create stronger, sustainable, healthier and happier ways of life for an overall positive wellbeing for my clients. I feel I combine my life experiences, my health and fitness education and my genuine desire to help those achieve a positive lifestyle. I have and will continue to enjoy a life-long participation in sports and physical activity while committing to a healthy mind set and lifestyle. You too can favour your health, whilst enjoying life.

Jordy is an awesome trainer! I started doing PT with her this year after I moved into college. My lifestyle was really unhealthy and I wasn’t feeling good about myself, I lacked self-motivation in the gym, and more  Importantly self confidence. Jordy is exactly what I needed to fix that. She helped inspire me and set out/write down my personal fitness goals and gave me a solid plan in order to achieve these goals! She makes it easy to track my fitness progress, encouraging me to keep going with her fun and bubbly personality. I began to see results very quickly and am so glad I decided to start with Jordy K Health and Fitness. I can honestly say I really look forward to my PT sessions every week and overall my whole attitude towards being active has changed for the better! X

We live in a remote/rural area and I needed something that would be challenging for me without being impossible as it is very easy to quit when someone isn’t physically with you, helping you to stay motivated. Jordy came up with a program that did just that and the encouraging part was that I saw results quickly – less than 2 weeks in fact. Despite the distance between Julia Creek and Brisbane, Jordy has always been friendly, approachable and professional. I am in the best shape of my life – mentally and physically - before and after motherhood - and it’s all thanks to Jordy K !
