Steve is passionate about getting fit and teaching everyone young or older how to live a fit lifestyle. As an older trainer that has recovered from a major illness and is getting back into shape, he understands what dedication it takes to achieve results. Steve in his life's experiences has taught him many things, one he often reminds clients is to "always be changing and learning. Seek help wherever you can to grow and learn from others".

Steve is proficient in Strength and Conditioning, Olympic Lifting, assisting in recovery and healthy eating, he also shares our passion in believing people should be taught how to exercise correctly so they can confidently exercise alone and help others to do the same.

Qualification:

- Certificate III in Fitness

- Certificate IV in fitness

- Lvl1 Olympic Lifting & Coaching

- Certificate in Boxing Fitness
