Working as a Personal Trainer since 2016 Tay has trained many clients from adolescents right through to the elderly. His clients ranging from athletic kids pushing to improve performance in their chosen sport, right through to Top Amateur & World Champion Athletes. Tay specialises in Boxing specific training (Boxing technique, pad work training, boxing specific strength and conditioning), currently coaching Australia’s Elite Mens boxers(Joseph Goodall and Jeff Horn) while training and fighting his way up the amateur ranks in his own career.
