Great trainer who knows how to push you to your limits
Rebecca (Bec) Lanham has worked in the fitness industry for the past 4 years. Her passion for fitness starting in the army as a parachute rigger, jumping out of planes isn't for everyone but the thrill and physical requirements had Bec hooked. From surfing to Snowboarding and anything extreme, Bec loves to stay in top physical shape but also enjoy the ride.

I have been training with Bec for some time now. My workout sessions are always fun, flexible and challenging. Her energy is contagious and she is very supportive. She is easy to talk to and bounce ideas or concerns off. Bec is driven to help me achieve my fitness goals.

I have noticed with all your clients that you are very attentive to form and correcting them to ensure that they keep their abs turned on and do not lose form to make the exercise redundant.
I’ve been training with Bek for about two years now. What sets her apart as a trainer is her flexibility and understanding. Bek has always been willing to work with me to help me reach my ever-changing personal goals. Bek is always flexible with her training plans. If you’re having a bad week and need some space away from the music and lights in the gym, she will change her plan for the day and get you outside. Whenever I’ve had an injury that has impacted my workouts, she has always gone above and beyond to make sure I don’t aggravate it and give me advice on what I can do to help it heal faster and stronger. Bek is constantly growing her knowledge of both exercise and physiology and will go away and do research or speak to a trusted expert and then come back with possible solutions to any issue’s I’ve faced. Bek is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. Her ample understanding, along with her easy-going nature, makes every session fun and motivating!
