Refund & Return Policy

At The Training Ground, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes, items may not meet your expectations or may not fit as desired. Therefore, we have developed a return policy to facilitate exchanges or refunds for unused and sellable items.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in unused and sellable condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds, but they can be exchanged for alternative sizes or colours once they are returned to us.

  • Personalised or customised items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

  3. Our team will provide you with a solution and instructions on proceeding.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund or exchange has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within seven business days and credited to our payment method on file.

  • Exchanges will be processed promptly, and replacement items will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Exceptions:

  • Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

  • Gift cards and digital items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
