This young man has a strong connection with The Training Ground. He was introduced to us as a client of Pete's, which aided in developing a passion for understanding fitness and healthy living and sharing that knowledge with others. After spending time overseas and working at different fitness facilities, the wizard of body sculpting is thrilled to join the Training Ground staff and looks forward to changing lives here.

Robbie Prince

ROBBIE PRINCE

Recently moving to Brisbane from Manchester, Robbie has an extensive personal coaching background and practices what he preaches. With a black belt in kickboxing, several years in Judo, Wrestling, and BJJ, and a passion for helping people make genuinely life-changing results, you will love the banter and the care Robbie puts into seeing you achieve your goals.

Coach Tamas

TAMAS DAVIS

Tamas, born and raised in Logan, emphasises the benefits of strength and power training to everyone. He has helped many members build muscle and achieve personal bests in their lifts. After coaching with us for a few years, we have seen that Tamas practices what he preaches, successfully adding a lot of muscle to his physique while at The Training Ground. Tamas thrives on his clinical approach and dedication to his clients, taking care of all facets that contribute to achieving their desired results.

PETER MCDONOUGH

Since 2010, Pete has been dedicated to helping people achieve their goals. As a father of two, he understands the importance of health for you and your family. This belief motivates him to be a guiding light for everyone he encounters. Pete has a passion for boxing, and if you have the opportunity to train with him, you are sure to learn a great deal.

JOSH AVISON

As the CEO, CFO, masseuse, father, and coaching staff member, Josh's time is stretched very thin. A former semi-professional athlete, he is passionate about helping people learn how to make healthy living easier. In 2012, he lost the ability to walk, which significantly impacted his health. Surpassing medical expectations, he developed a simple strategy to improve himself and assist others in becoming the healthiest versions of themselves. This system forms the backbone of The Training Grounds' ethos, which all our staff are well-versed in.
