Record: Heaviest successful single repetition, including the bar’s weight.
Start: Stand upright with the bar across your upper back, hips and knees fully extended. High-bar and low-bar positions are permitted.
Depth: Lower until the crease of your hip is below the top of your knee.
Finish: Return to standing with hips and knees fully extended. Hold this position until the coach calls “Rack.”
Continuous attempt: Once you begin standing up, the bar must not move downward again. Feet must remain planted throughout the repetition.
No assistance: Spotters may help unrack and rerack the bar. Any contact with you or the bar during the repetition invalidates the attempt. The bar must not touch the rack or safety arms.
Equipment: Shoes, a lifting belt, knee sleeves and wrist wraps are permitted. Knee wraps, squat suits and other supportive lifting garments are prohibited.

Lift: Lift the bar to standing without assistance. Once the bar leaves the floor, it must not move downward before lockout. Pausing is permitted.
No hitching: The bar may slide against your legs but must not be rested on your thighs or supported by repeatedly bending and straightening your knees.

Start: Stand on the platform with a handle in each hand, cords retracted and the flywheel completely stationary. No pulling before the coach calls “Go.” The monitor starts timing with your first pull.
Movement: Pull both handles together on each stroke. Bending your hips and knees and lifting your heels are permitted. No jumping, stepping or alternating single-arm strokes.
No assistance: Keep both hands on their handles throughout. Do not lean or rest on the machine, or receive assistance.
Finish: The attempt ends when the monitor completes the programmed 20 calories. Calories accumulated as the flywheel slows count.
Result: Use the monitor’s recorded workout time, including tenths of a second. A stopwatch time is not accepted.
Verification: A TTG coach must check the setup, witness the full attempt and verify the completed 20-calorie result and time in the monitor’s workout summary.
Only a completed, coach-verified 20-calorie workout counts towards the record.

Record: Greatest distance covered in 20 minutes on the TTG-designated treadmill.
Setup: All attempts must use the same treadmill and resistance or incline settings, checked by the coach. Reset distance and time to zero.
Start: Begin on the belt with it completely stationary. No movement before the coach calls “Go” and starts the 20-minute timer.
Movement: Walk or run forwards. Speed changes and rest periods are permitted, but the timer runs continuously.
No assistance: Do not hold, lean on or push against the handrails, console or frame. No stepping onto the side rails or off the belt during the attempt.
Settings: Resistance or incline must remain unchanged throughout. On a motorised treadmill, speed adjustments are permitted.
Finish: At exactly 20:00, the coach records the displayed distance. Distance accumulated after that point does not count.
Result: Record distance in metres at the display’s available precision, without rounding up.
Verification: A TTG coach must check the setup, witness the full attempt, monitor the timer and verify the final distance.
Only distance completed within the 20-minute limit and under these conditions counts towards the record.

Setup: Use the TTG-designated RowErg. Adjust the footrests before starting. Set the monitor to a 20-minute target workout, with distance starting at zero.
Resistance: Any damper setting is permitted but must remain unchanged throughout the attempt.
Start: Begin seated with feet secured, the flywheel completely stationary and the handle in its holder. The coach calls “Go” before you take the handle. The monitor starts timing with your first pull.
Row: Remain seated with feet secured throughout. No assistance is permitted; only the participant may pull the handle.
Rest: Slowing or stopping is permitted, but the workout timer must run continuously. Do not pause or restart the monitor.
Finish: The attempt ends when the monitor completes the programmed 20 minutes. Distance accumulated afterwards does not count.
Result: Use the total distance in metres recorded in the monitor’s completed workout summary.
Verification: A TTG coach must check the setup, witness the full attempt and verify the 20:00 duration and final distance before the monitor is reset.
Only distance recorded in the completed, coach-verified 20-minute workout counts towards the record.
