Meal Prep

This wrap is ideal for meal prep.

Cook several chicken breasts at the start of the week and keep them refrigerated for up to four days. Prepare the vegetables ahead of time and store them separately in airtight containers.

For the freshest wrap, assemble it the morning you plan to eat it. If preparing the night before, place the spinach between the wrap and wetter ingredients to help prevent it from becoming soggy.

Coach Notes

  • This is one of those lunches that's simple enough to make regularly without getting bored.

  • The chicken provides over 40 grams of high-quality protein to help keep you full throughout the afternoon.

  • Using wholegrain wraps increases fibre, helping support satiety and digestive health.

  • If you're trying to increase your daily vegetable intake, don't be afraid to overfill the wrap with salad.

  • Pair with a piece of fruit or some Greek yoghurt if you need a little more energy on particularly active days.
