For even more convenience, portion individual serves into small reusable containers so breakfast is ready to grab as you head out the door.
If you enjoy the higher-protein option, keep single-serve tubs of high-protein Greek yoghurt in the fridge for an effortless upgrade.
Coach Notes
This isn't designed to be the "perfect" breakfast; it's designed to be the breakfast you'll actually eat.
Apples provide fibre and carbohydrates for sustained energy, while the nuts and seeds contribute healthy fats, minerals and additional fibre.
Including both nuts and seeds provides a wider variety of nutrients than nuts alone, including magnesium, zinc, selenium and vitamin E.
If you're aiming to increase your daily protein intake, add a tub of high-protein Greek yoghurt.
Sometimes the healthiest breakfast isn't the most elaborate one; it's the one that's realistic enough to fit into your busiest mornings.
